おかげさまで、CHIYOJI SUMIYEは本年、創作活動53周年を迎えることができました。これまで支えてくださった皆さまに、心より感謝申し上げます。

この節目の年に、過去の作品120点を収蔵したデジタル美術館「ART MUSEUM OF TENSHI 〜美意識と愛の祈りをかたちに〜」を開設できることを大変嬉しく思います。

私の創作の根底には、つねに次の想いがあります。

「価値観をデザインし創る喜びを知るそして持つ人の心の幸せを感じる」

作品とは、単なる装飾ではありません。それは持つ人の内なる美意識と響き合い、心の奥深くに触れる存在だと私は信じています。もしひとつの作品が、人生の節目や日常の中でふと心を照らす光となるなら——それこそが、私にとって創り続ける理由であり、最大の喜びです。

もともとの夢は、いつか実際に作品を鑑賞できる美術館を開くことでした。作品を見て、触れて、身にまとうことで広がる世界があります。建物の扉を開けた瞬間から、空気の質感や光の反射、静けさまでもがCHIYOJI SUMIYEの世界を感じていただける——そんな体験の場を創りたいと願い続けています。

しかしこの時代にあっては、国や距離を越え、より多くの方に作品の本質と美しさを届けたいという想いが強まりました。その願いを込めて、このART MUSEUM OF TENSHIを立ち上げました。

この美術館が、皆さまの美意識の次元を高めるきっかけとなり、美意識と愛の祈りを感じていただける場となれば幸いです。

これからも、時代に流されることなく、心に語りかける作品を誠実に紡ぎ続けてまいります。

This year marks the 53rd anniversary of CHIYOJI SUMIYE’s creative journey.I offer my heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has supported me throughout these years.
To celebrate this milestone, I am deeply pleased to announce the opening of the digital museum:“ART MUSEUM OF TENSHI ~ Shaping Aesthetic Awareness and Prayers of Love ~,”showcasing a collection of 120 of my works.
At the core of my artistic philosophy is this enduring belief:
"Designing values,Knowing the joy of creation,And feeling the happiness within the heart of the one who holds it."
For me, a work of art is far more than decoration.It is something that resonates with the inner aesthetic sense of the wearer and touches the depths of the soul.If even one piece can bring a gentle light to someone’s daily life or significant moments,that is my greatest joy as an artist.
Originally, my dream was to open a physical museum where visitors could experience the works firsthand.There is a world that unfolds only when you can see, touch, and wear the pieces.From the moment you step inside, I hope visitors feel the atmosphere—the texture of the air, the play of light, the quietness—all immersed in the world of CHIYOJI SUMIYE.
Yet in this age, I felt a strong desire to share the essence and beauty of my creations beyond borders.That desire led to the birth of the ART MUSEUM OF TENSHI.
May this museum inspire you to elevate your own aesthetic awareness,and serve as a space where prayers of love and beauty are deeply felt.
I will continue to create with sincerity and devotion,crafting works that quietly but truly speak to the heart.
